Copart and IAAI lot archive
About AllCarHistory
AllCarHistory keeps history cards for lots from Copart and IAAI. Open a vehicle by VIN or lot number and see what the source listing contained: photos, damage, mileage, the auction house, and the recorded buyout or bid.
Why the archive exists
Before importing a car from the United States or checking a private listing, people usually need the trail of a specific lot - how the vehicle looked on the yard, what mileage was stated, and which amount was recorded. AllCarHistory keeps those cards in one place so the history can be opened by link and compared with whatever an ad claims.
What a lot card shows
Each page follows the source lot. Most often that includes:
- VIN, lot number, make, model, and year;
- yard photos when the original lot had them;
- listed damage, mileage, and fuel type;
- Copart or IAAI as the platform, plus the sale location;
- buyout or bid as recorded on the lot - we do not add a markup.
What a card contains
A lot page shows photos, damage, mileage and prices from the source record. Purchase, shipping and bids are handled on Copart or IAAI or with a seller. Fields that were missing from the lot do not appear on the card.
How to use the archive
Enter a VIN or lot number to open the card when the record is in the archive. Browse make and model sections to see lots already stored here - this is not a sales catalog. To take a card down, use the listing removal form.
Short answers
- Where does the purchase happen?
- AllCarHistory opens the lot history card. Buying and bidding take place on Copart, IAAI, or with a seller.
- Where does the data come from?
- Cards are compiled from Copart and IAAI lot records: identifiers, photos, damage, mileage, and the prices that appeared on the source lot.
- How is this different from the auction site?
- The auction house runs the sale. AllCarHistory stores history for lots already in the archive so you can find them later by VIN or lot number, including in Russian.
- Can a card be removed?
- Yes. Submit a request on the listing removal page. After payment the card is hidden from the public archive.
