Public offer (terms of service)

1. Subject of the agreement

The Provider offers a paid Remove from database service: removing vehicle (lot) information for the specified VIN from the https://allcarhistory.com catalog. After the service is provided, the listing is no longer shown in search or on cards on this Website.

Important: Removal is performed only from this Website. Information may continue to appear on other platforms and in other sources.

2. Price and payment

Payment is made on the Website by the customer’s choice: card or SBP via YooKassa, or cryptocurrency via Trybit (USDT, BTC and other networks). Payment is deemed completed when the provider confirms the funds.

3. How the service is provided

1. The customer finds the listing in the Website catalog or via VIN search.
2. On the lot page, the customer clicks “Remove from database”.
3. The customer fills in the form: name, email and phone.
4. The customer proceeds to payment and completes the payment.
5. After a successful payment the listing is removed from the Website catalog automatically.

4. Refunds

A refund is possible in the following cases:

• erroneous payment (duplicate payment, incorrect amount) - if requested within 14 days;
• the service was not provided due to the Provider’s fault - in full.

The service is irreversible (data removal). After the service has been provided, funds are not refunded. Refund requests should be sent to support@allcarhistory.com.
