1. What we sell

The Seller sells online CARFAX® vehicle history reports for one VIN of a vehicle from the United States or Canada and, where the order page offers it, the AutoCheck® report as well. A report lists the records the data provider holds for that VIN: title and brands, accidents and damage, odometer readings, owners, service and auction events. The archive of auction lots and photos on the Website is free.

Important: a report contains only the records the data provider holds at the time of the order. The Seller does not create or edit them, and the absence of a record does not prove that an event did not happen. CARFAX and AutoCheck are trademarks of their owners; the Website is an independent service and is not affiliated with them.

2. Price and payment

The price is shown on the report page before payment and is charged in US dollars; if your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount at its own rate. You can pay by bank card (Visa, Mastercard) or in cryptocurrency, with the methods offered at checkout. Payment is complete when the payment provider confirms it.

Card details are entered on the secure page of the payment provider over an encrypted (TLS) connection and confirmed with 3-D Secure where the card supports it. The Seller never sees or stores card details.

3. Ordering and delivery

1. Find the vehicle by VIN on the Website and open its report page.
2. The Website checks how many records the data provider holds for this VIN. If there are none, no order is created and nothing is charged.
3. Enter the e-mail address for the report, choose a payment method and pay.
4. After payment the report opens on the order page, usually within a minute, and a link to it is sent to your e-mail.
5. The report stays available at that link for 30 days and can be printed or saved as PDF.

Reports are digital; nothing is shipped. They are available to buyers in any country where their sale is not restricted by law.

4. Refunds and cancellation

You get a full refund if:

• the report was not delivered within 24 hours of payment;
• the report is for a different VIN than the one ordered, or the file cannot be opened and we cannot fix it;
• you were charged twice or the wrong amount (request within 14 days).

A report is digital content delivered right after payment, so a delivered report cannot be cancelled or refunded for other reasons. Send refund requests to info@allcarhistory.com with the order number; we usually answer within one business day. The money goes back to the original payment method (for cryptocurrency, to a wallet you specify); your bank may take up to 10 business days to show it.

5. Liability

Reports are compiled from third-party data. The Seller is not responsible for the completeness or accuracy of that data or for decisions made on its basis. The Seller's liability is limited to the price paid for the report.
